  MBD 266 system is an all-solid-state, diode-pumped, continuous-wave,
  single-frequency, deep-UV source at 266 nm. Stable, low-noise operating
  results from efficient frequency doubling of the 532 nm, single longitudinal
  mode output from the Verdi laser
