OPTexPro¢â Series:
The air-cooled OPTexPro is available in 157 nm, 193 nm, 248 nm, 308 nm,
and 351 nm, and features a maintenance-free solid state switch, smooth
preionization, and optimized gas flow for efficient operation up to 500 Hz.

COMPex Pro Series: All COMPex lasers are equipped with Lambda Physiks
patented NovaTube technology, providing stable laser performance,
reduced maintenance and the lowest operating costs.

LPX¢ç Series: LPX¢ç models are medium to high duty cycle excimer
lasers, offering medium to high repetition rates for scientific and
